More than 65% of our services are completed internally. If we have to use subcontractors we discuss with the client and continue to be the main point of contact for our client throughout their project.
Exterior Dry Rot
Unaddressed dry rot can lead to preventable costly repairs. We remove dry rot annually for many of our clients as their buildings age and go through weather conditions. We recommend you fix your dry rot annually and make sure to add it to the annual budget each year.
Smoke, Water, Fire Damage Repairs

Balconies / Decks
Water damage, age and deterioration are factors why a deck may need attention. Since the passage of SB721 and SB326, safety concerns have also once again become a hot button issue. Our waterproofing service is often used for private balconies and elevated areas. Based on the need, we use urethane, acrylic, cementitious, or otherwise-specified products for the waterproofing project. We can also perform work on below-grade and negative-side waterproofing as well.
