Northern California’s trusted construction team.
Where a project is more than a one-time deal – it’s a relationship.
When quality and customer service matter, Freestone Reconstruction is your construction leader in the Apartment, Multi-Family, HOA, and Commercial industries.
One of the most rewarding aspects of our job is being able to serve our clients year after year, all based on the relationships built.
Our clients appreciate the fact our entire team holds true to the core values we have set forth. Clients often mention how they intentionally choose our team because of the values we model and how they align with their team: family first, forthright, friendly, fun, and forgiving.
CURB APPEAL MATTERS.
Preventative maintenance is key.
Hard work, attention to detail, customer relationships, and high-quality service were critical skills Brian Taylor learned as a kid when he worked with his dad. He developed these skills into the founding principles of his business more than 22 years ago. Brian founded Freestone on his strong values and continues to emphasize one of his highest values: family. His own, his employees’ and his clients’.
Freestone Reconstruction launched in 2016 when Brian saw a need in the industry and capitalized on it. While painting properties, he noticed a need for dry rot repairs and carpentry work prior to putting paint on the same buildings.
Today, he is still actively involved in the business and leads a team of like-minded construction professionals who are ready to serve you.
Building relationships,
repairing properties.
Our team has more than 100 years of combined experience in construction management, dry rot repairs, and carpentry services. We pride ourselves in depth of experience, expertise, professionalism, and an eye for high quality.
The retention rates of our clients stem from three attributes of our team:
Customer Service – Our motto is “Do the doing.” When it comes to our construction service, we walk the talk every day. Every client has goals that need to be met, and it’s our mission to exceed what they envision.
Communication – Every client desires to know how their project is moving along and what to expect with scheduling. Clients want to be kept up to date and not left hanging with no information. We provide thorough communication for every client from the first meeting. Our communication comes in the form of calls, texts, emails, and branded documentation in an e-newsletter format. Most projects have their own production updates, which are sent out on a weekly basis and include project photos, production news, schedule changes, and contact information.
Workmanship – We pride ourselves on employing professional, highly-trained tradesmen, who enjoy coming to work every day. Crew members are respectful, knowledgeable, and approachable. Our superintendents and foremen have been with our team since the beginning and they know what is best for every type of project. Team members work closely with our vendors to determine appropriate products for every project.
